Food Division
Food Division is a fast growth contract catering business that has scaled from £0 to £12 million turnover in 18 months creating employment for 75 people. It’s ambition is to rival established market leaders securing a contract work up to £100 million over 5 years delivering services to MOD, Central Government, NHS, Schools and Colleges.

Viomar Investments and Viomar Property Management are investment vehicles set up within the holding company. Their primary focus is long time wealth creation through property and equity driven business investments and acquisitions.
Viomar’s Gift
Viomar’s Gift is a non profit organisation focused on the area of access to education. It was set up to support high pupil premium schools in the west midlands with resources such as libraries and computer equipment as well as schools in more deprived third world countries such as Jamaica and Gambia.
